What types of churches does Clearway work with?
We work with healthy, growing churches that have outgrown their current leadership structure. Most of our clients are between 200 and 2,000 in attendance and need operational leadership support.
Do you work with churches outside the US?
Yes. We serve churches across North America, including Canada. Most of our coaching and consulting happens virtually.
How long does a typical engagement last?
It depends on the service. Coaching engagements typically run 6-12 months. Fractional executive engagements run 12 months with a succession plan built in. Workshops and 360 reviews are shorter engagements.
