Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Clearway Church Solutions ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Description
Clearway Church Solutions provides coaching, consulting, and training services for church leaders and organizations. Our services may include but are not limited to:
- One-on-one leadership coaching
- Team workshops and facilitation
- 360-degree leadership assessments
- Strategic planning services
- Fractional executive leadership
Professional Services Disclaimer
Our coaching and consulting services are intended to provide guidance, support, and professional insight. However:
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results
- Our services are not a substitute for legal, financial, or therapeutic advice
- Implementation of recommendations is at your own discretion and risk
- Results may vary based on individual circumstances and effort
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Participate actively in coaching sessions and engagements
- Respect scheduled appointment times
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and methodologies
- Make timely payments as agreed
Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, assessments, and content provided by Clearway Church Solutions remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose information shared during coaching or consulting engagements without your consent, except as required by law. We expect clients to maintain confidentiality regarding our proprietary methods and materials.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be established in separate service agreements. Generally:
- Fees are due as specified in your service agreement
- We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
- Refund policies will be outlined in individual service agreements
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies for specific services will be communicated at the time of booking. Generally, we request reasonable advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid fees.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Clearway Church Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
- We are not liable for decisions made or actions taken based on our coaching or consulting
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clearway Church Solutions, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
Termination
Either party may terminate a coaching or consulting relationship with reasonable notice. Specific termination provisions may be outlined in individual service agreements.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or mediation as mutually agreed.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
