How long are the workshops?
Workshops range from half-day (3 to 4 hours) to full-day (6 to 7 hours) sessions. Multi-day retreats are also available for deeper work. We'll recommend the right format based on your goals and what your team needs.
Who should attend?
Typically your core leadership team: senior staff, key ministry leaders, and sometimes board members. The ideal group size is 6 to 15 people. Smaller groups allow for deeper conversation; larger groups can work with adjusted formats.
What happens after the workshop?
