Church Leadership CoachingNobody told you the hardest part of pastoring would be running the organization.

You're called to lead your church. We build what runs it.

Your church grew.. the way the church runs didn't grow with it.

Your week is full of staffing questions, decisions, meetings, and follow-up. Important work keeps moving, but too much of it still depends on you. This is a strong sign that your church needs clearer foundations, and your calling and competency are intact.

What changes when you aren't carrying the organization alone?

Your calling stops competing with your calendar.

Meetings arrive prepared. Fewer decisions circle back to you, and the hours you protect for prayer, study, and people stay protected.

Your team knows where it is going and how it is doing.

Clear ownership, meaningful one-to-ones, and honest status on the work that matters, visible to everyone.

The work keeps moving without depending on one person.

Plans stay visible through the week. The rhythms hold when you're away, and the team carries them together.

Why any of this matters

Clear organizational foundations.
Connected leadership frameworks.
A church that thrives on mission.

Pastors first. Coaches second.

Support from people who understand the weight of church leadership.

We listen before we advise because context shapes direction. Clearway's coaches have served inside churches, led teams, navigated growth, and carried the kinds of decisions our clients bring into the room.

Common questions

About working with Clearway

How is Clearway different from a consultant?

Consultants typically analyze, advise, and leave. We build, install, and hand over, working inside your week until the structure runs with your team owning it.

What kinds of churches do you work with?

Growing churches across 25+ denominations and every governance structure, usually 150 to 800 in attendance. The common thread is complexity that has outgrown the current systems.

How do I know which service is right for my church?

That question is part of the first conversation. Take the scorecard or tell us what's happening, and we'll help you identify the right kind of support. Many churches begin with coaching and add from there.

What does it cost to work with Clearway?

It depends on the service and season. Coaching and workshops are priced on their own, and a fractional executive pastor runs on a monthly retainer that is a fraction of a full-time hire.
