Meet Chris Vacher

For over 20 years, I've served churches in full-time ministry as an Executive Pastor, multisite pastor, and Worship & Creative Arts director across multiple denominations. Based just outside Toronto, I've experienced the weight of leading a growing church: the wins, the setbacks, the seasons when everything worked, and the seasons when nothing seemed to.

I started Clearway because ministry can be lonely, and I kept seeing the same patterns: talented pastors hitting walls they couldn't name, leadership teams stuck in cycles they couldn't break, boards and staff talking past each other despite good intentions.

What these churches needed wasn't another conference or book. They needed someone who understood their world. Someone who could help them build the foundations and frameworks for sustained, healthy growth. As the Canadian Team Lead for Clearway, I bring together a team of experienced ministry leaders who share that same commitment.

Founder

Chris Vacher knows what it's like when the systems that got you to 200 won't get you to 500.. or 1,000.. or 2,000. Twenty years as an Executive Pastor, Worship Pastor, and Multisite Leader taught him that most churches don't lack vision. They lack the organizational foundations and leadership frameworks to execute it.

Jaisy Tam-Harbridge

Coach & Client Relations

A seasoned church leader who has served as an Associate Pastor, Worship Pastor, Interim Pastor, and Church Planter. She partners with leaders to bring clarity to their calling and is passionate about equipping leaders to do the work of ministry. Jaisy holds a Master of Divinity in Pastoral Ministries from Tyndale.

Hollie Charlebois

Coach

With a background in psychology and psychotherapy and years of pastoral ministry experience, Hollie brings a unique approach to team dynamics and relational alignment. She helps church leaders navigate conflict, build trust, and create environments where restoration and healing flourish.

Ron Baker

Coach

Ron Baker is a lead pastor with first-hand experience implementing Clearway systems into his church. He provides a current, real-world perspective on managing staff, scaling organizational systems, and leading a growing, multisite congregation.
