Founder
Chris Vacher
Chris Vacher knows what it's like when the systems that got you to 200 won't get you to 500.. or 1,000.. or 2,000. Twenty years as an Executive Pastor, Worship Pastor, and Multisite Leader taught him that most churches don't lack vision. They lack the organizational foundations and leadership frameworks to execute it. He founded Clearway to help senior leaders build those foundations. He holds a Master's degree in Leadership from Trinity Western University, with research focused on transformational servant leadership for pastors.

About Clearway
What is Clearway's leadership philosophy?
We believe lasting change comes from building organizational foundations and leadership frameworks, not quick fixes. Key passages like Acts 6, 1 Corinthians 3, and Ephesians 4 shape how we think about leadership for church teams. Our approach combines practical tools with spiritual discernment, helping church teams move from vision to strategy to execution together.
How is Clearway different from a traditional consultant?
Consultants typically analyze, advise, and leave. We partner with you for the long haul. Whether through coaching, workshops, or fractional leadership, we're invested in your success and accountable for results. We're mentors, not vendors.
What types of churches do you work with?
We've partnered with churches across 25+ denominations, from 200-person congregations to multi-site megachurches. Our clients share a common trait: they're growing churches led by pastors who want sustainable health, not just numerical growth.
How do I know which service is right for my church?
Reach out and we'll learn about your situation, challenges, and goals, then recommend the right approach. Many churches begin with coaching and add workshops or strategic planning as needs emerge.
